Air France: Jean Cyril Spinetta to resign before the expiration of mandate
Paris, France - The French 'Challenges' weekly revealed it
The French ’Challenges’ weekly reported that Air France Chairman, Jean-Cyril Spinetta, would be about to resign, for personal reasons. Consequences of such decision for Alitalia carrier are easily predictable, because Spinetta is an Alitalia’s Board of Director member. He should be replaced by Jean-Marc Espalioux, former Chairman of Accor’s board of directors from which he has recently removed.
