SAS ACQUIRES 68,8% STAKE IN BRAATHENS

OSLO, SAS, Scandinavian Airlines Systems, has bought a 68,8% stake in Braathens ASA, acquiring 30% from Klm and 38,8 from Braathens family. SAS will try to buy also the remaining 32,2% submitting an offer to the other shareholders of Braathens.
