Gate Gourmet catering company signed the deal with British Airways yesterday after a dispute lasted too long (see for details AVIONEWS). BA increased the value ot its annual contract with Gate Gourmet from USD 17.7m up to more than USD 248: such contract that is valid till 2008, should be then extended up 2010. As a part of it, allegedly Gate Gourmet will re-employ 400 of the 670 workers it dismissed...
