Alitalia (3): new business plan to be shown to banks tomorrow
Rome, Italy - Meetings between the company and banks interested in Alitalia recapitalization have been already held yesterday
Deutsche Bank and Banca Intesa’s participation for Alitalia recapitalization depends on meetings already held in recent days. So, a formal process destined to lead to a capital increase and denationalization of Alitalia by the end of this year, or European Union will penalize the carrier. The new business plan should be shown to banks tomorrow.
