System requirements: IBAR appealed against Assaeroporti for a competition ruling violation

IBAR, association representing 78 airlines operating in Italy, appealed today against Assaeroporti about a competition ruling violation. IBAR criticized airport operators’ attitude to face the decree on system requirements about tariffs. Judge would have already condamned such behaviour in the past.
