Hurricane "Katrina": 4 Antonov 124 from Genoa to help the New Orleans' refugees

Genoa, Italy - The aircraft will transport 180 prefabricated houses

The Antonov 124 will depart next September 15 and 16 from Genoa towards the Ellington Field’s military airport in Houston and to transport 180 prefabricated houses, purchased by Geodis Zust Ambrosetti Group and destined to the New Orleans’ population. The 180 prefabricated housing units have been bought by the Piacenza’s industry by the FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency).
