Kenya Airways achieves EASA Part-145 certication
The airline and Air India enter code-share partnership

Kenya Airways Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO) announced its attainment of the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) Part-145 Certification. This milestone signifies a significant leap for the organization in meeting global aviation maintenance standards.
Base Maintenance on E-190 and B-737/700/800/900 aircraft.
Line Maintenance for B-787/8, E-190, and B-737/700/800/900 models.
Aircraft Component Maintenance in the C14 category.
special Services in category D1 for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).
The interline agreement between Air India and Kenya Airways enables passengers to seamlessly travel on a single itinerary between any of 28 points in Africa, and any of 15 points in India.
Both carriers plan to progressively add other destinations in their networks to the code-share agreement.
