The resolution document highlights that this agreement represents a move advantageous for the national interests of Peru and urges the Peruvian Congress to ratify it following the country's constitutional protocols.

The resolution bringsthe signatures of several key figures in the Peruvian Government, including President Dina Boluarte, the President of the Council of Ministers Gustavo Adrianzén, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Elmer Schialer.

This generous donation had already been announced by Boluarte on July 28, during his annual speech before Congress. According to what he reported, the helicopters will be used by the national Police to strengthen operations against drug trafficking. The gesture highlights the importance of international cooperation in combating transnational crimes such as trafficking in illegal substances.
