Gulfstream begins deliveries of G-700 aircraft
First two planes sold after recent FAA certification
The US manufacturer Gulfstream Aerospace (General Dynamics Group), specialized in the development of aircraft for the business sector, has begun deliveries of its first G-700 aircraft to American customers. It is a move that comes following certification by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) which took place at the end of March 2024.
In detail, the delivery procedure of the first G-700 (registration N702GD) began at the end of April with the intermediation of the Avjet company, an American broker in the aviation sector that offers sales, acquisition and consultancy services for business and VIP customers. In recent days, a second G-700 was also delivered to an unknown buyer.
Gulfstream Aerospace has set itself the goal of delivering at least 15 new business aircraft to customers during the year 2024, but delays in certification by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) will make it unlikely to achieve this goal.
