Last day for the international exhibition "Heli-Expo 2024". The event, which takes place in the United States at the Anaheim Convention center in California, recorded the presence of around 14,000 professionals from the helicopter sector, with over 600 exhibitors who showcased around fifty helicopters in the 90,000 square meters of space available for their stands. Italy is represented by various companies.

The event is organized by the Helicopter Association International (Hai), an organization that brings together around 2000 companies operating in the civil aviation sector in 68 countries worldwide. All the big names are present. The largest stands are those of the US companies Bell, Robinson and Boeing of the European Airbus, but without forgetting the Italian Leonardo Group. Yes, because Italy is present with various companies.

There is FlySight (stand 6900) from Livorno, specialized in the development of software solutions for information management, with applications in the avionics, maritime and underwater sectors. A reality that bets on artificial intelligence, cognitive algorithms, Deep Learning and Augmented Reality. Among its flagship products is the geographic information system "Opensight", but also avionics simulators, test, monitoring, surveillance and drone equipment.

Another company present at "Heli-Expo 2024" is Flyon Aero (stand 5404) of Tortona, which deals with consultancy and training in the aeronautical sector (approved by Enac - Italian Civil Aviation Authority - and Easa - European Aviation Safety Agency). It is present in Pakistan, Sudan and Dubai. It makes its technicians, engineers and managers available to other companies in the sector, especially in the areas of aircraft maintenance, crew management, quality and compliance monitoring, safety and security, and courses for the drone segment.
