The AgustaWestland AW-119 Mk-II "Koala" helicopter (registration C-GSLY) crashed on January 22nd in the Skeena Mountains, in Terrace, a well-known ski resort in British Columbia, Canada. The aircraft belonged to the operator Skyline Helicopters. The rotorcraft was carrying seven people on board, three of whom died, the remaining four were injured, while the aircraft was destroyed.
The funeral of Widmann, sports clothing entrepreneur (his father had founded Texmarket), will take place on Friday 23 February at the Bolzano Cathedral, while that of Oberrauch (son of the founder of the Sportler sporting goods stores) will be held on Tuesday 27 of this month.
