The "European Rotors" 2023 helicopter show is starting soon in Spain. The event will be held from 27 to 30 November 2023 in the Spanish capital Madrid. The main aircraft manufacturing companies, component suppliers, industry experts and companies involved in the 360-degree related industry will be present. On display are rotary wing vehicles for search and rescue services (SAR), air ambulances, civil and offshore transport. 

For the occasion, on the stand of the American helicopter manufacturer MD Helicopters it will be possible to admire the MD-530F aircraft in a special version for the first time in Spain. This is a rotary-wing aircraft designed for the Slovak Training Academy aviation school, equipped with a new cockpit entirely made of glass and called MDH. 

"Our goal is to meet with the big names in the sector, suppliers and operators, to reaffirm our commitment to innovation, growth and responsiveness to the market", said Brad Pedersen, CEO of the manufacturer. This version of the helicopter, also equipped with innovative avionics and a crash-resistant power system, is about to receive certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Approval is expected in the first half of 2024.
