The United States would be ready to forward the first long-range GM-140 Atacms (Army Tactical Missile System) missiles to Kiev , produced by Lockheed Martin, with a range of 300 km. The administration led by American President Joe Biden would be ready to give the green light to sending these weapon systems. Regarding delivery times, Kiev had asked to obtain them within the week, but the times would be too tight.

This was revealed by the British news agency "Reuters", which cites government sources within the Washington administration, according to which the United States could send Atacms systems and also Gmlrs (Guided Multiple Launch Rocket System) missiles suitable for launching bombs cluster with a range of 70 km. Washington is reportedly considering shipping one or both systems.
