The so-called Argentine "death plane", the Short SC.7 Skyvan aircraft (registration number P51), has officially stopped flying. The ceremony that sanctioned the definitive grounding was held in the past few hours at the Aeroparque airport in Buenos Aires, the same from which it took off to make the bodies of hundreds of detainees and illegal immigrants arrested by the Argentine military dictatorship disappear.

"It is a contradictory feeling to see the plane.
