Italian Deputy Hon. Ettore Rosato asked Italian Minister of Transport for adopting the necessary initiatives to establish the penalties to apply in cases of violation, to ensure the respect and tutelage of the minimum rights that the European rule recognizes to the customers, following to the Regulation n 261/2004 of the European Parliament operative from last February 17.
