"Most" members of the G20 "strongly condemn the war in Ukraine, stressing that it is causing immense human suffering and exacerbating the existing fragilities in the global economy, limiting growth, increasing inflation, causing the interruption of supply chains, the increase in energy and food insecurity and the risks to financial stability", reads an official G20 document reported by the" Agi "news agency.

Among the women present at the summit, in addition to Meloni, there are also the president of the European Commission, Ursula Von der Leyen, the operational director of the International Monetary Fund, Kristalina Georgieva, the director general of the World Trade Organization, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala.
