We call for "adequate enhancement actions for ITA personnel, whose high professionalism supported the start-up phase of the company, supporting the sacrifices with commitment and dedication", declared the Filt-Cgil, Uiltrasporti, Ugl Trasporto Aereo trade unions.
"Risks of disaffection must be avoided -the trade unions underlined- and exodus phenomena that would jeopardize the evolution of the company's industrial plan, fleet growth and operational regularity in the coming months, in a period of strong recovery of global air transport".
