Aircraft manufacturer Pilatus buys Skytech
US company will continue to maintain its autonomy

The Swiss aircraft manufacturer Pilatus has bought Skytech, an American company specializing in the sale and management of aircraft. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The American brand will be retained and current CEO Justin Lazzeri will continue to lead the company, as well as all 120 employees will remain in their posts.
The Skytech company, founded in 1976, has two factories in the United States (Maryland and South Carolina) and is a long-time partner of Pilatus. As an independent company, the American company will continue to be responsible for customer service and sales of the PC-24 and PC-12 models throughout the East Coast, as well as aircraft from other manufacturers.
With this acquisition, the company Pilatus, founded by John Foster, aims to directly expand its business in the US market, considered strategically very important by the Swiss company, which has been present in the country for 26 years, through the branch.
