Question Time: accident to a US submarine in October 2004 and supposed radioactivity detected at Italian Maddalena island

Italian Deputy Hon. Carboni asked some Italian ministries for explaining why data concerning possible radioactivity in La Maddalena island (Italy) has been notified and unveiled as found by some scientists (as it seems) after that a US submarine was affected by an accident there last year.
