Structural Associates Inc.*, East Syracuse, N.Y., was awarded on July 18, 2005, a $32,895,500 firm-fixed-price contract for the construction of an aircraft hangar. Work will be performed at Fort Drum, N.Y., and is expected to be completed by Nov. 1, 2006. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.
