Lufthansa is testing biometric tickets

Berlin, Germany - Speeding check-ins without decreasing security

The German airline started to test biometric air tickets last Monday: they are tickets including a code with traveler’s fingerprint. The test will last 14 days and if results will show efficacy and speeding check-ins, the new ticket could be introduced starting from the next year.
