Airplanes: Russia wants to invest in ekranoplans

Project consists in production of some ground-effect aircraft in Far East

Russian government agency referred about Orion society that wants to produce some ekranoplans. This aircraft is considered the joining link between seaplanes and hydrofoils, able to move few meters above a surface (generally water), using the soil effect for its sustenance.
