NASA opens a tender for companies

NASA opened the tender to the companies for the design of a landing vehicle called "Human Landing System" (HLS), able to transport men to the Moon by the end of 2024. The deadline for the presentation of the proposals is scheduled for November 1st.The director of human lunar exploration programs NASA Marshall Smith said: "We know that 30 days to deliver projects is crazy, but so is 2024, I suppose....
