Flybe: passenger from Sierra Leone shows gastrointestinal symptoms
Quarantine takes place on the plane
Today on August 9, 107 passengers of the British company "FlyBe" departed from Paris, it has been "quarantined" for over an hour on a plane at Manchester airport after a traveller from Sierre Leone experienced symptoms of a gastrointestinal infection. The aircraft's doors remained closed to prevent the spread of the virus. A further precautionary measure was to ask all travellers for their data in the event of illness in order to be traceable.
A spokesman for the carrier said: "FlyBe confirms that it has worked closely with English public health and sincerely apologizes to the passengers for the delay they suffered due to the inconvenience encountered, but the health and well-being of customers and its crew remain our number one priority at all times".
