MC-21: 870 orders for the Russian aircraft

After the first flight on Irkutsk on 28 May 2017, the Irkut MC-21 aircraft will make its international debut in the autumn in Asia awaiting the European certification for the flight in 2019 (see AVIONEWS). The Deputy Prime Minister Yuri Borisov spoke about the aircraft developed and produced entirely in Russia, announcing about 870 orders received for the MC-21; most of these came from national airlines...
