EADS: no double appointment for Forgeard

Amsterdam, Holland - The holding would not be willing to assign the double lead in Airbus and EADS

Aerospace and defence holding EADS Board would not be willing to accept the hypothesis of a double leading role for Noel Forgeard as both the Airbus CEO and EADS Co-CEO at the same time. Forgeard will work together with Thomas Enders leading the group which owns a 80% stake in Airbus but he is destined to leave his task in this last company and difficulties still exist for the selection of his successor....
