Italian report on killing of Sismi officer Nicola Calipari, has blamed US military authorities, which were guilty of failing to inform about the presence of the check-point on the road towards Baghdad Airport. Italian report made clear that stress, inexperience and fatigue of the soldiers, played a role in the shooting against Toyota carrying Calipari, the driver and Giuliana Sgrena to the airport....
