Washington, USA - A malfunction would have caused the incident
A F-16 fighter jet crashed last afternoon into Ashley River (near Charleston) during a training flight, but two airmen have been ejected before to fall to the ground. Airplane was based at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter (South Carolina).
