Fraport-Lufthansa's deal expected to be signed in May
Berlin, Germany - The carrier is trying to cut the operation costs of 30 per cent
German airport operator, Fraport, said it expects to sign a deal with its biggest customer, the national flag carrier Lufthansa, in May 2005. The agreement concerns handling fee cuts, as the airline wants to cut cost 30 per cent in order to save EUR 50m annually. According to what revealed by Fraport the two parts are currently in negotiations.
