Sydney, Australia - While its load factor fell
Australian low-cost carrier, Virgin Blue, announced that passenger traffic rose in February 2005 compared to the same period of the previous year, while its load factor fell. The airline filled 75.8 per cent of its capacity in February 2005, down from 79.6 per cent in February 2004; for the 11 months to last February, the load factor fell by 6.5 points compared with the previous year.
