New contract for Chinese-Russian co-production of wide-body aircraft

Moscow, Russia - The airplane will be developed in Russia and assembled in China

Moscow and Beijing will sign an agreement for the co-production of a wide-body aircraft by the end of June, as reported by some Russian ministerial sources. The project is part of a 13 billion worth agreement signed in 2014 during the visit of President Putin in China as part of a cooperation agreement between Russia's United Aircraft and Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China (also known as Comac)....
