France: the first Tiger HAP for Army has been delivered
Paris, France - There are 80 combat aircraft to be supplied to the armed force by 2010
French Army took delivery its first Eurocopter Tiger combat helicopter in the HAP version. The overall orders scheduled regard some 80 aircraft which will be all made available by 2010. Such choppers will be endowed with various weapon systems among rockets, Mistral air-to-air very short-range missiles and also a helmet-mounted useful for the GIAT 30 mm cannon as well.
