NORTHWEST AIRLINES REFUNDS VOLUNTARILY 3700 PASSENGERS
MICHIGAN, USA, Michigan's court approved Northwest decision to effect a 7,15 USDm refund to distribute to the passengers that in the first days of January 1999 were blocked in the airline planes at Michigan Airport because of a snow storm, lacking even water and food due to a malfunction of the aircrafts' electronic systems. By the first days of June, 3700 passengers will receive 1500 USD each.
