Rome, Italy - There are the right conditions to proceed to the next stage calling for binding offers

Finmeccanica’s Board of Directors, having been informed by the CEO on the offers received regarding the disposal of Ansaldo Breda, shared its Advisors UBS and Mediobanca’s analysis and evaluations, and as such considered that there are the right conditions to proceed to the next stage calling for binding offers.
