London, UK - Some armed movements would be able to produce new explosive material by resorting to non-detonated bombs and mines

Some non-governmental organizations released recently in Great Britain a report on bombs which remained unexploded following war operations. It seems that an overall amount of 90 countries would be affected by such problem (some of them in a significant manner, other just prove to be relatively experiencing it) and the situation concerning states and contended territories which have been recently affected...
