This morning 7th of July, at around 7:50 am a Mil Mi-171 military helicopter, owned by the Army, crashed near the West area of Hanoi, in Vietnam, during a transfer flight, about fifteen minutes later the takeoff, when it was more or less 3 km far from the departure base.
