BRUSSELES, BELGIUM, According to a daily Belgium newspaper, the airlines which offers discounted tickets, pursue a not very clear policy towards their customers: relatively to the declarations made to the newspaper, by travel agency staff and by unsatisfied customers, it seems that some airlines, including Sabena,Virgin and Ryanair, sell only very few seats at low prices, the classic "South Sea Bubble"....
