Rome, Italy - The BoD to approve results for the 1Q14 on Tuesday 6 May

Fimeccanica informs that, as partial amendment to the Financial Calendar released on 20 December 2013, the Board of Directors’ Meeting to approve the Results for the First Quarter 2014 will be held on Tuesday, 6 May 2014 (instead of Wednesday, 7 May 2014).
