Silk Air begins transition to all B-737 airplane fleet

Seattle, Usa - Over the coming years, the industry will deliver a total of over 50 airplanes to the airline

Boeing and SilkAir celebrated the delivery of the carrier's first Next-Generation B-737/800 aircraft. The delivery also marked the start of the Singapore-based airline's transition to an all-Boeing fleet. Over the coming years, the industry will deliver a total of 23 B-737/800s and 31 B-737 MAX 8s to the airline.
