Rome, Italy - Targeting institutional investors only, would be placed in the euromarket
Finmeccanica has mandated a group of primary international banks for its upcoming fixed rate benchmark size 7 year bond offering. The notes, targeting institutional investors only, would be placed in the euromarket and issued within the framework of the Euro Medium Term Notes Programme. The offering would be made by Finmeccanica Finance S.A., guaranteed by Finmeccanica S.p.A.
