Starting from today and to Friday 27 September, Norwegian military inspectors will perform surveillance flights in the Russian and Belarusian skies, in the context of the "Open Skies" Treaty. It was communicated by Sergei Ryzhkov, head of the National Nuclear Risk Reduction Center of the Russian Ministry for Defence.
