Pope Francis will fly on a military aircraft

Rio de Janeiro, Brazil - For the visit to the shrine of Aparecida

A military aircraft, and not just a helicopter, as previously announced, will carry Pope Francis today to the shrine of Aparecida, during the celebrations for the 28th World Youth Day in Brazil. The aircraft used will be a VC-2 belonging to Fab (Brazilian Air Force), which will land at the department of aerospace science and technology of Sao Jose dos Campos, here Pope Bergoglio will go on board...
