A judge of the federal bankruptcy court of Alexandria, in Virginia, which is following the case of Us Airways, approved plans by Air Wisconsin to invest USD 125m in Us as a debtor in possession. The value of the agreement represents in terms of money half of the total sum the carrier needs to exit from bankrupt as it planned by June, 30.
