FLYi's destiny to decide in 30 days
New York, Usa - A missed payment may force the company to recur to bankrupt

FLYi, parent of low-cost carrier Independence Air, announced that because of a missed payment it may be forced to recur to bankrupt if it fails to restructure its loan agreement with aircraft lessors in 30 days. FLYi, which has USD 1,3b in debt including leasing cost, could restructure its planes, with which it operates by means of leasing, with General Electric in January.
