Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) reported a small profit in the second quarter of 2012, but the first half results remain heavily in the red because of several factors, most of all the high fuel cost. Income before tax in the second quarter of 2012 is 44.84 million Euro, a result which moves the figure relative to the January-June period to -91.94 million Euro.
