RAF surveillance planes grounded due to technical issues

London, United Kingdom - The aircraft have been suspended pending further investigation

A squadron of seven Boeing Sentry E-3D surveillance aircraft (one of the most well-known AWACS aircraft currently in service and with the largest number produced) was grounded due to a technical issue which was discovered on one of the craft.
