The second appeal of the Court of Palermo about the Tuninter air disaster has granted the mitigating circumstances to the guilties. The accident involved an ATR-72 aircraft operated by the Tunisian carrier "Tuninter" which, once out of fuel, crashed into the sea on August 6, 2005 close to Palermo-Punta Raisi.
