Finmeccanica: statement about results for the 2011 fiscal year

Rome, Italy - They will be examined and submitted to the BoD at the end of the month

Finmeccanica informs that the results for the 2011 fiscal year, currently under evaluation, will be examined and submitted to the Board of Directors approval during the meeting scheduled on 27 March 2012. The results will be released after the above-mentioned board meeting.
