Finmeccanica: Mario Orlando appointed new head of its Corporate and Legal Affairs Unit

Rome, Italy - He replaces Mauro Gigante

Finmeccanica announces that Mario Orlando, Group General Counsel, has been appointed head of the Corporate and Legal Affairs Unit with effect from September 2011. Mr Orlando will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and CFO, Alessandro Pansa. Mr Orlando replaces Mr Mauro Gigante, who will at the same time take over the role of General Secretary of Ansaldo STS, a Finmeccanica company.
