RUSSIA: DUMA RATIFIES ''OPEN SKIES'' TREATY
MOSCOW, Russian lowe house Duma yesterday ratified the Open Skies Treaty. The treaty was signed in 1992 by 27 member states of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe. The treaty will now become effective also in Russia, as Deputy Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov said. .
